The Crisis of Rationality in the Model of Global Financial Elites
Mohammad Kawrani — 2026.10.08
At the heart of the debate surrounding the future of humanity, global financial elites stand as a central force setting plans and charting courses. However, these elites—whose counsel is sought across decision-making capitals—face a deep crisis of legitimacy, particularly when viewed from a faith-based perspective holding that human salvation cannot emerge from human-made systems isolated from Divine guidance. This article attempts to deconstruct the structural weaknesses of this model, opening the door toward an alternative founded upon a Divine, revelatory framework.
First: The Illusion of Neutrality and the Reality of Bias
Global financial elites present themselves as technically neutral entities seeking efficiency and stability free from ideology. Yet evidence demonstrates that this alleged neutrality is, in reality, a systematic bias serving their own interests. Studies on major corporate governance institutions—such as BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street—show that while claiming neutrality, they consistently favor specific ideological proposals by wide margins. This bias is not merely a political preference; it is a mechanism to reproduce a system ensuring their continued dominance. When these elites claim neutrality, they ignore the fact that selecting “technical criteria” is itself a political and moral choice.
Second: Alleged Equity and the Condescending View of Nations
Financial elites claim to act equitably for the benefit of all, but their practices reveal the opposite. Condescending attitudes toward the peoples of Africa, for instance, are not merely individual prejudices, but institutional structures. Reports highlight how systemic racism within major international financial institutions maintains debt traps on African and Caribbean nations, leaving their destinies subject to external supremacy. This is not mere oversight, but a system that values certain lives less than others. When elites plan the future of humanity, they effectively exclude millions of people from that future—or view their demise as preferable to their existence—because they do not serve the logic of profit and accumulation.
Third: Claims of Integrity and Internal Discord
Financial elites speak of integrity and reform, yet they remain mired in internal conflicts that expose their underlying nihilism. Major banking families experience explosions of disputes over fortunes valued in tens of billions of euros, paralyzing investments and dividing holding company boardrooms. These conflicts are not merely “family matters”; they serve as proof that a system presenting itself as a leader of humanity is incapable of managing even its own internal affairs. If integrity implies peace and justice, these elites lack its most basic prerequisites.
Fourth: Wealth as a False Metric of Intellect and Intelligence
Financial elites promote the notion that wealth serves as proof of superior intellect and extraordinary intelligence. Research, however, refutes this myth. Studies indicate that average intelligence is entirely sufficient for market success, and once an IQ reaches a certain threshold, additional points yield no measurable advantage. Furthermore, wealth is widely recognized as a poor metric for wisdom. The concentration of global wealth among a small financial minority, if it demonstrates anything, points to an obsession with monetary accumulation, dominance, and global influence.
The link between wealth and intelligence is not causal; rather, it is the product of socio-economic conditions, inheritance, and an unfair system. Treating wealth as a standard of intellectual superiority is, at its core, an ideological justification for inequality.
Fifth: Failure in Planning for the Collective Future
Another fundamental flaw is that these elites, despite claiming to plan for the future, fail to plan for a collective future. Instead, they plan exclusively for themselves. Analysts describe the “survival fantasies” of billionaires as a crisis of imagination and a dangerous politics of abandonment. They construct fortified bunkers and devise technological escape routes while ignoring the root causes of potential civilizational collapse. This is not planning for the future, but escaping from it. They plan for their own survival, not the salvation of humanity.
Sixth: Hypocrisy in Discourse and Conduct
Financial elites preach transparency and accountability while operating in the shadows to shape laws and regulations in their favor. Analyses reveal how financial elites have altered legal and regulatory frameworks to benefit financial markets. They demand austerity from governments while benefiting from bailouts and stimulus packages. This hypocrisy is not merely a moral flaw; it is a mechanism for maintaining power. When an elite claims to be “neutral” and “equitable” while reshaping the world according to its own interests, it invalidates its own claims.
Seventh: Promoting a Culture of Death and Despair
Finally, among the most dangerous weaknesses is that these elites, through their practices, spread a culture of death and despair. Some analyses go so far as to characterize their actions as driven by agendas of global depopulation and control. While strong language, it reflects the reality that these elites offer no vision for abundant life, but rather a vision for managing decline and control. They manage crises rather than solve them, because perpetual crisis guarantees their continued necessity.
The Divine Alternative: The Axis of Resistance as a Model
In contrast to this exhausted model, the vision of the Axis of Resistance emerges as an alternative framework founded upon radically different principles. This vision is not merely a political reaction, but a Divine, revelatory framework rooted in faith in God and His promise to grant inheritance on earth to the oppressed. As articulated by resistance leadership: “The Axis of Resistance is victorious, and this is a Divine promise.” This discourse is not a mere slogan; it expresses a conviction that history moves according to Divine laws, and that final victory for the oppressed is an integral part of these laws.
The Axis of Resistance offers a model founded upon:
Justice and Human Dignity: The ontological foundations of resistance rest upon establishing justice and equity.
Sincerity and Dedication: Unlike elites who plan for their personal survival, resistance leaders offer themselves as sacrifices for a higher cause.
Mercy and Devotion: These values are not emotional luxuries, but the bedrock for building a cohesive society.
Revelatory Framework: This vision comes from a Divine source, granting it a legitimacy that transcends narrow material interests.
A Call for a Paradigm Shift
What the world needs is not merely technical reforms within the financial system, but a fundamental paradigm shift. Global financial elites, through their claims of neutrality and equity, deny their deep structural biases. By treating wealth as proof of intelligence, denying the spiritual dimension, and immersing themselves in internal conflict, they are unqualified to lead humanity toward a better future.
The alternative lies not in further financial engineering, but in recognizing an extended historical continuum stretching from divine prophecy to resistance—offering a comprehensive vision for salvation. This path holds that human salvation comes from God, not from hedge funds. It calls for integrity, salvation, and purity through a return to the innate Divine disposition (fitrah). Financial elites are invited, above all others, to shift their perspective—not only toward the resistance, but toward God Himself and His plan for human salvation.
