The Coming Global Civilization: The Light of Justice, the Sublimity of Values, and Divine Sciences – Mohammad Korani, 2026.07.29 – In the imminent near future—on a promised horizon and a near dawn—the sun of divine revelation shall shine, as the Muhammadan light is rekindled in the hearts of humanity, and the banner of divine justice is raised upon the pillars of the earth, nay, upon the pillars of heaven. It is a civilization built upon the foundation of ancient, innate, scientific, and human religious values, wherein the banner of love for the friends of God—the Creator who effectively wills what He wills—is manifested, and wherein knowledge of their luminous stations and their Lordly generative guardianship (wilāyah takwīniyyah) is realized. Thereby, a spiritual leadership is achieved that guides humanity—with all its diversities—toward the pure divine innate nature (fiṭrah), and restores to the human being the dignity that material desires, greed, and lust have sought to obliterate.

Divine Justice: The Pivot of Civilizational Construction
Nothing is relative, and nothing is true except through truth and justice—the two scales by which the heavens and the earth are established, and the foundation upon which the coming global civilization rests. In this civilization, justice prevails among people, and oppression in all its forms vanishes; there is neither enslavement nor tyranny, but rather the just governance of God is realized on earth. Truth and reality are not mere slogans; they are the very essence of life, wherein human dignity is respected and the rights of all are upheld according to a sound and upright divine methodology.

Divine Humanity and the Divine Innate Nature (Fiṭrah)
The human being of this civilization is one connected to their Lord in His dominion, detached from their carnal self, and liberated from the whims of the ego and the fleeting temptations of this world. They live according to the sound innate nature (fiṭrah) upon which God created them. They do not deviate from the truth, nor do they accept oppression in any form, nor do they condone corruption of any kind. Life is not sought for the sake of luxury, consumption, and pleasure; rather, the goal is spiritual elevation and proximity to God Almighty. Leadership, elites, and the masses reject killing, injustice, and all forms of abomination; they disavow greed, avarice, and covetousness; rather, they live in sufficiency and chastity, avoiding the negative competition that destroys fraternal bonds among human beings.
The Rejection of Excessive Materialism and Adherence to the Afterlife
The coming global civilization rejects the Western model that made pleasure, lust, and consumption the ultimate purpose of life. Instead, it seeks to refine the human being and elevate their moral and spiritual standing, viewing this world as a passage, not a permanent abode, with the primary goal being the Hereafter. The embellishments of worldly life do not tempt them, nor do pleasures distract them from the remembrance of God and working for His sake; rather, they harness their capabilities to serve the truth and spread goodness throughout the world. In this civilization alone can human beings answer the three fateful questions: Where were we? Where are we? Where are we going after death?

The Refined Civilizational Model: Invitation through Wisdom and Good Counsel
The people of this civilization do not confront others with injustice, coercion, deception, or fraud; rather, they do so with kind words, defense of themselves and their values through the weapon of knowledge and rightful strength, and persuasive divine dialogue. It is founded upon presenting a practical model of a refined life genuinely based on love, justice, and benevolence (iḥsān). They are advocates of peace and mercy, striving to reform humanity by providing an excellent example that draws hearts toward them, making their call effective because they practice what they preach.

Divine Victory and Unseen Support
When faith is embodied in deeds and sincerity reaches its peak, divine victory descends upon this nation. God directs their steps, supports them with unseen reinforcements, and manifests in them divine support and miracles—the fruits of sacrifice, effort, and deep faith. Thus, God’s promise to His believing servants is fulfilled, and His religion prevails over all religions, even if the wrongdoers despise it.
It is a civilization unlike any other. It is God’s promise to His righteous servants, and it is inevitably coming, for it is a reflection of His will to establish justice and spread light throughout the world.
—
The Coming Global Civilization: The Radiance of Divine Light upon the Earth
When this promised civilization is realized, humanity will witness a radical transformation in every sphere of life. Divine values will be entrenched, injustice, greed, and tyranny will disappear, and people will taste the flavor of true tranquility under just governance. It is not merely a fanciful utopia; it is a divine promise that will be fulfilled when humanity prepares itself to shoulder its responsibility in establishing divine justice on earth.

1. Knowledge in the Service of Faith: A Renaissance Founded upon Divine Values
The scientific renaissance in this civilization will not be merely material progress detached from ethics; rather, it will take knowledge as a means of understanding God’s laws (sunan) in the universe and employing them in the service of humanity. The materialist tendency that has turned knowledge into a tool for domination and exploitation will fade away. Knowledge will be directed toward achieving justice and genuine development, where technology is harnessed to serve humanity—not to corrupt it or weaken its sound innate nature (fiṭrah).
Sciences will develop in all fields in a correct and beneficial manner. They will not be used to destroy the environment, stones, or human beings, nor will they be used for domination, controlling the destinies of peoples, or spreading chaos—as materialist civilizations do today. Rather, they will be an extension of divine light, founded upon mercy, integration, and balance. Scientists and thinkers will operate from the standpoint of their legal and ethical responsibility, such that knowledge becomes a tool for human elevation, not enslavement. Discoveries will not be viewed merely as means to achieve wealth and luxury, but as trusts that must be employed in the service of the common good.

An Economic System Based on Sufficiency and Chastity
Under this civilization, greedy economic systems based on exploitation, monopoly, and usury (ribā) will be abolished. Humanity will be liberated from the influence of illegitimate and unjust wealthy elites, replaced by a just economic system in which wealth is distributed in a balanced manner that secures everyone’s basic needs without excess or deficiency. There will be no place for greed, avarice, or negative competition. People will live a life based on contentment with little and detachment from the goods of this world, achieving balance between the body’s requirements and the soul’s aspirations.
The consumerist lifestyle based on indulgence in passions and pleasures will be replaced by a simple and balanced model of life—one that does not deprive people of necessities but does not make them slaves to money or luxury. This economic transformation will have a tremendous impact on achieving social justice, where there will be neither destitute poor nor extravagant rich who control wealth.

2. Wise Leadership: Luminous Scholars and Sages Following the Path of the Ahl al-Bayt
Leadership in this civilization will be divine leadership, illuminated by the guidance of the Ahl al-Bayt (the Prophet’s Household, peace be upon them), connected to God Almighty, seeking neither tyranny nor the accumulation of wealth, but rather the establishment of divine justice on earth. The ruler will be a symbol of integrity and piety, acting with a spirit of divine responsibility, serving as a role model for their people in asceticism and God-consciousness. They will not reside in luxurious palaces, nor amass gold and silver, but will be in the service of the people, upholding truth, doing justice to the oppressed, and caring for the weak.
The masses, too, will be conscious and discerning, not deceived by propaganda and empty slogans, but choosing their leaders based on piety, knowledge, and justice. There will be no tyranny or dictatorship, for the system will be based on the principle of truth and justice, realizing divine governance that pleases God and ensures the stability of the nation.
—
3. The Ideal Society: Relationships Built on Love and Brotherhood
In this civilization, social relations will be built on the foundations of love and cooperation, not competition and conflict. There will be no place for malice, hatred, or envy; people will live in harmony, supporting one another in goodness, and raising their children upon virtue, honesty, and mercy. There will be no futile wars or meaningless conflicts, for all will realize that true power lies not in imposing control, but in the ability to spread justice, benevolence, work, effort, and production—so that agriculture becomes everyone’s pastime, while laziness, cunning, excessive sleep, and dependency become despised.
Nationalist and ethnic tendencies that have divided nations and caused people to fight over flimsy pretexts will also fade away. The criterion for distinction will be piety and righteous deeds, not color, race, or language.
—
4. Engagement with Others: Invitation through Wisdom and Good Counsel
This civilization will not seek to impose itself by force; rather, it will rely on a living model that attracts others to Islam through the sublimity of its people’s morals and the refinement of their conduct. Dialogue will be the foundation of engagement with others. Muslims will go forth with a message of peace and invitation through wisdom, such that hearts are opened before lands are opened.
There will be no compulsion in religion; rather, Islam will be a light radiating into hearts through its justice and mercy. When others see this light, they will enter into God’s religion in crowds—not by force, but through love and conviction.
—
Divine Victory and Unseen Support
When this civilizational edifice is completed, and people attain the highest degrees of faith, justice, and sacrifice, divine victory will descend. God will support His servants with miracles and unseen reinforcements, just as He supported His prophets and saints throughout history. Victory will be the reward for those who have striven and sacrificed to elevate the word of God, and the divine promise heralded by all the heavenly scriptures will be fulfilled.
—
Toward a Bright Future under the Banner of Truth
The coming global civilization is not merely a dream; it is a divine promise that will be fulfilled when the believers are prepared to bear responsibility, renounce the world, work to spread justice, and present a refined civilizational model to the world. When this model is complete, God will support them with victory, the darkness of injustice and tyranny will be dispelled, and the light of God will spread across the heavens and the earth and among all other beings with mercy, well-being, and constructive positive prosperity. The foundations of this global civilization are precisely what we see in the “Islamic Human Sciences.”
