5. Divine Planning and Human Management
From the book “Characteristics of the Coming Ideal Civilization” – Prof. Muhammad Korani
Preserving existence and survival is a rational, obvious, and natural matter. Likewise, perfection, integration, and progress are rational, logical, and natural matters. It is natural that humanity plans for these matters from a correct perspective and in the proper way.
However, cosmic and global plans belong to “God” regardless of our religion. It is impossible to believe that God is powerless or incapacitated. No matter our faith or belief, human attempts throughout history have failed terribly to present an ideal, sustainable civilizational model made by a limited and flawed mind. Only what God promised us in the end times, and in many religions, in the state of truth at the end of time, remains.
We all know that historical events repeat, but history does not literally repeat itself. Indeed, civilizations are born, expand, flourish, dominate, decline, and then extinguish; new civilizations arise and new states are born. But human history has a beginning, a certain course, and eventually ends somewhere. From this standpoint, human history does not repeat itself.
Today, under inevitable globalization, the coerciveness of a unipolar system and the impossibility of pluralism in the global village, and under the deep-rooted spirit of conflict ingrained in human instincts—who do not accept the authority or even the existence of the weak—we face a unique historical phase that will not repeat in human history. This is a decisive transitional phase, thanks to the advanced weaponry available. It is the civilization of the single pole where all civilizations, cultures, and groups dissolve until only their shadows, names, and titles remain. This single pole civilization determines the fate and course of human history.
From this perspective, we witness unnatural and non-repeatable events. Today, we see great powers suffering one defeat after another, unprecedented failures, and the problem is that these failures invalidate all their rigorous scientific theories and advanced measures to sustain a shadow government over the world. One reason for this failure is their arrogance and condescension toward others, which blind their hearts and eyes from seeing the contours of this critical phase. How foolish they are! All previous defeats were against backward countries with nothing to lose; their victories ceased as soon as the invading forces withdrew. But this time, the defeats come from systems with civilizations capable of expansion. From the perspective of these civilizations, they care about nothing but presenting their civilization to the world.
Although today, under economic globalization, counter-revolutions are also expected, after recent experiences in the region, they have developed immunity to these manufactured revolutions and can transform them from weaknesses into strengths when they occur. In direct conflict, advanced air and naval weapons lose their value. Similarly, in artificial crises, previous plans lose their effectiveness.
These victorious systems possess strong civilizations capable of expanding globally and confronting dominant civilizations. It is a disaster for the great powers—a great calamity—that defeats continue, yet they remain arrogant and tyrannical. Successes come repeatedly, unusually, and each time the situation escalates, they expand and consolidate their control, succeeding through persistence, while the great powers sleep.
Now that the noose is around their necks and they are under fire, supporters of justice have spread everywhere. Their ideas resonate across all continents, and their forces are cross-border and international, like Alexander’s soldiers. They have become a significant factor in the balance of power. Although they may topple Maduro in the farthest lands, others like Maduro and Chavez will arise in every poor country worldwide, while the great powers remain asleep.
But today, these great powers have awakened, and after awakening, they want to compensate for their delay, rectify their failures, and recover their losses through siege and sanctions. How foolish and late they are! They planned and thought, but now things have slipped from their hands, and they will move from under the curtain to under the sieve…
Previously, the great powers used to despise and deceive peoples. They chose stupid leaders for Third World countries for easy direction, control, and destiny management, as mentioned in Surah An-Naml, verse 34. But after awakening and realizing, they considered the solution simple: changing the pattern of leaders in the Third World. They decided to create political leaders with the same intelligence, genius, ethics, and professionalism as our leaders.
Now they have awakened to this plan and seek intelligent leaders who know their peoples, strong enough to oppress them, yet obedient and submissive to their orders. Is that possible?
I see the TV series “Valley of the Wolves” and the character “Murad Alamdar” as a first step within this framework to confront the expansion and brilliance of the opposing axis. But when applying this plan, they faced problems: the leaders were either brutal and stupid or bloodthirsty and clever but without guarantees to constrain them to the higher commands.
Then came the Arab Spring to change leadership from the traditional pattern to the new one. They succeeded in some countries but failed in the most important ones. When they tried to correct their mistakes, a major split occurred in their axis. It became two axes: one not stupid but not obedient as required, with no absolute loyalty—opportunistic, opportunists—and the other axis comprised bloodthirsty, unintelligent leaders who were fully obedient.
Thus, the cards got mixed again due to the great powers’ stupidity. Yes, it is a conflict of intellects, a battle of minds and genius.
But you are always one step behind, even when you jump two steps at once. Even when you try to imitate our leaders, you fail. When we were few, you treated us with contempt; when we grew numerous, we instilled fear in your peoples. When we had no weapons, you gave us the chance to appeal to the world’s sympathy. When we acquired weapons, you gave us the chance to impress the world. You are always one step behind, even when you jump two steps together.
When we were idealists, you gave us the opportunity to promote and publicize us in your media, even if to ridicule us. When we became experienced, you gave us the chance to imitate your peoples and address them in their language. You are always one step behind, even when you jump two steps together.
When we were privileged, you gave us the chance (Promise them as much as you can), and when we became besieged, you gave us the chance (We will guide them to Our ways)…
So do not try to imitate our leaders or produce leaders tailored to ours, for that only makes things worse for you.
The qualities of our leaders—their intelligence, genius, inspiration, courage, loyalty, discipline, patience, and perseverance—are not products of factories, institutes, or prisons. They are the result of a cultural and civilizational ground going back more than a thousand years.
Our leaders’ qualities are the outcome of a House of Sorrows as old as the world, a fetus unseen for as long as the sun and moon have existed, a broken rib unhealed as old as the pillars of the Throne, a newborn calling humanity’s conscience since the day of creation, a thirsty stranger as old as existence, a thirst as deep as clouds laden with tears, an arrow with feathers as old as the palms of Al-Tuff and Hijaz, a bowl that has seen the face of the Living God, an absent one as long as the struggle between truth and falsehood continues, a missing grave concealed by God’s unseen hand, and the oppressed mother buried somewhere between a prophet’s father, a saint’s spouse, a martyr’s son, and a rebel’s grandson…
Our leaders’ intelligence is not artificial, and their absolute loyalty is not through traditional means of entrapment, leverage, habits, or wrongful behaviors.
Yes, the Western lifestyle may attract some of its admirers, but our leaders’ loyalty to the cause, the humanitarian and ethical message, and the global civilizational state is something else.
Their intelligence burns brightly, and their inspiration ignites even without fire.
Yes, traditional methods of leadership manufacture have failed and are no longer effective, and traditional ways to build loyalty have also failed.
You are always one step behind, even when you leap two steps at once. So do not try to imitate our leaders; that only makes things worse for you.
In this context, the late Sheikh Bahjat used to puzzle me; the enemy he mentioned most in contemporary crises was the British state. I searched for the reason and found it lies in the conflict of minds, the struggle of the intelligent… and you choose only the lowest people to lead your intellectual and political currents, even if you want to create savage Salafi-Daesh religious currents.
